General Shipping Information

  • Shipping Provider: Alurak partners with reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
  • Delivery Locations: We ship to all locations within Australia, including metropolitan, regional, and remote areas.

Delivery Fees

  • Variable Delivery Fees: Your delivery fee will vary depending on the size, weight, and location of the products you choose to purchase, as well as your chosen delivery location. The delivery fee will be calculated and displayed when you checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers: Our couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers, unless specifically arranged by you through your AusPost eParcel account (applicable to AusPost deliveries ONLY, additional charges may apply). Please ensure a full address is entered during the checkout process.
Delivery Timeframes
  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express Delivery: Express orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 112PM AEST on business days will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Remote Areas: Please note that delivery times to remote or rural areas may take longer.
Order Tracking
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our courier’s website.
Delivery Conditions
  • Authority to Leave (ATL) with Couriers Please: Unless otherwise notified, all Couriers Please consignments will default to ATL in a safe place on your premises. If you do not want your items left unattended, please advise Couriers Please upon shipment notification.
  • Authority to Leave with Other Couriers: For all other couriers, products will not be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from the purchaser or authorized person at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign for any parcel, a card will be left, and the parcel will be redirected to the nearest Courier depot. It will then be the responsibility of the purchaser to collect the goods from the designated depot or arrange re-delivery at their expense.
  • Delivery Address Recommendations: Alurak recommends all deliveries be shipped to an address that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work, or other address, to minimize any redelivery delays and/or fees.
Shipping Damage
  • Accidents Happen: While our packaging is designed to keep your gear safe on its journey to you, every once in a while, an accident occurs—a forklift mishap, a pallet tipped, or a delivery driver having a bad day (you’ve probably seen those YouTube videos!). If this happens to one of your packages, don’t worry, we’ll make it right.
  • Immediate Action: Please CONTACT US immediately if you receive a damaged package.
  • Obvious Damage: If the damage is severe and it is obvious that the products inside the package are damaged, do not sign for the item. Refuse the delivery.
  • Suspected Damage: If you notice damage to the shipping container but are unsure if the products inside are affected, sign for the package but MAKE NOTE OF THE PACKAGING DAMAGE on the delivery slip. DO NOT accept delivery without WRITING DOWN THE DETAILS OF THE DAMAGE on the delivery form first! Shipping companies will not satisfy an insurance claim without the damage noted by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages
  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or multiple failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Shipping Delays
  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Alurak is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We will notify you promptly if there are any significant delays with your order.
International Shipping
  • Not Currently Available: Unfortunately, Alurak is not shipping internationally at this time.
Damaged or Missing Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Changes to Shipping Policy
  • Alurak reserves the right to modify these shipping terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review our shipping terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
