Limited Lifetime Warranty (LLW)

Alurak Bed Racks are built to last, and we stand by our products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility This warranty applies only to products purchased from alurak.com.au, authorised resellers, or authorised retailers.

What is Covered: 

  • Any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
  • During the warranty period, Alurak will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, accidents, overloading, or modifications.
  • Damage caused by corrosion, rust, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or surface blemishes.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (e.g., eBay, Gumtree, Facebook, and third-party websites).
  • Labour costs associated with warranty claims.
  • Any consequential or incidental damages arising from the failure to follow instructions related to the use of the product.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to Alurak customer service at hello@alurak.com.au within the warranty period.
  2. Provide Documentation: Provide a copy of your original purchase receipt.
  3. Describe the Issue: Describe the nature of the defect and provide any photos or videos that may be helpful.
  4. Claim Evaluation: A customer service representative will determine if your claim is covered under warranty.
  5. Resolution: If your claim is approved, Alurak will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part(s).

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Alurak for warranty service. Alurak will cover the cost of return shipping for repaired or replacement parts.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty made by Alurak with respect to the product. All other warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. Alurak’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, at its sole discretion. Alurak shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of the product.
